Thomas H. Roddis
Tom is a strategy and marketing professional with sixteen years experience in 3M’s Healthcare and Consumer businesses, as well as its Corporate Strategy group. He has deep expertise leading business acceleration programs involving new product development, partnerships and acquisitions. He also has P&L management experience in 3M’s Post-itTM business as well as in 3M Oral Care, a Class II medical device business.
Additionally, Tom served for four years as a legislative aid specializing in health care policy for U.S. Senator Lauch Faircloth, a member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. Early in his career, Tom was vice-president of a manufacturer of custom windows and patio doors which was one of the first companies to bring premium European-style windows to the US market.
Residing with his family in Edina, Minnesota, Tom is an active participant in school and community activities. He is also a board member of a charitable foundation focused on educational and civic causes.
Tom holds a B.A. from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
